The Daylesford Hotel is a 100 year old building standing proudly at roundabout connecting the main streets in Daylesford (Vincent, Howe and Albert Street). A fantastic country style pub with a dining room, a front bar and multiple accommodation possibilities.
The Front Bar and Restaurant at The Daylesford Hotel
On the ground floor of the hotel are the Front Bar and the dining room located. The feel is a typical country pub and on the menu you will find staples like chicken parma, crispy skin barramundi, duck pappardelle, steak and the weekly changing Daylesford Hotel pie. A fantastic atmosphere and reliable modern Australian cuisine is served up by head chef Bradley Jenkins.
