The Goldfields Glampsite in Clydesdale offers really something different in a style of accommodation, being out with nature on a just 20 minute drive from Daylesford.
5 Glamping tents, 25 acres, completely off the beaten track, no crowds and off grid. The 5 or 6 meter Glamping tents that are available at Goldfields Gamping offer all the luxuries of a hotel but out in the open surrounded by nature.
Each tent offers a queen bed with hotel quality linen and towels, an ensuite bathroom, coffee & tea making facilities as well as a private BBQ area in front of your tent. In addition, the site offers a shared fire pit to meet fellow glampers over a glass of locally produced wine. Please note that that the fire pit, as with all open fire, is subject to fire regulations in the area. This generally means that in the height of summer (Dec to Feb), no open fire is allowed.
The glamping site at Clydesdale has recently been taken over by new owners, Gemma and Darren. The site is quite remote, so there are no shops or pubs in the immediate vicinity. The glampsite offers food and wine boxes that you can pre-order, alternatively you need to plan ahead and bring food or make a reservation at one of the many restaurants in Daylesford or Hepburn.
