Daylesford Motorfest returns to Victoria Park in 2023 for a day full of classic cars, food and live music.

The tiny town of Daylesford is well-known for its natural beauty, with dense eucalypt forests, pristine lakes and spectacular waterfalls. It’s also famous for its annual motor festival, which sees the whole town turn into a car lover’s paradise. Throughout the day you can expect to see everything from Honda S800s to Ferrari 400i and everything in between. There will be thousands of cars on display and you’ll be able to enjoy live music performances, food stalls, market stands and plenty of family-friendly activities around Victoria park. What to expect at Daylesford Motorfest?

The team at Daylesford Motorfest has worked hard over the years to curate a programme of events that will appeal to car lovers of all kinds. Daylesford Moterfest is set to be held on the 19th of February 2023 in Victoria Park in Daylesford. This year the team at Daylesford Motorfest have given the festival the theme of “Surf on the Turf” to celebrate the association of motoring and Australian beach culture.

Around 5000 people are expected to gather in February in Daylesford for Motorfest 2023, using the opportunity to raise much-needed funds for a range of local charities such as the local CFA, primary schools, local sporting organisations and wildlife shelters.

How to get to tickets to Daylesford Motorfest?

Tickets go on sale on the 1st of January 2023, and will be available via the Daylesford Moterfest website. If the 2022 festival is anything to go by tickets are relatively in-expensive at $5 per person, $10 per motorcycle and $20 for a display vehicle including access for the driver and up to four passengers. Due to the size of the festival, parking is not available at Victoria Park but nearby parking will be made available with busses going between the festival and the parking location. Those same busses will also go between Vincent Street in Daylesford and Victoria Park.

If you’re a car enthusiast, you’ll definitely want to keep an eye out for the Hepburn Hundred, a cruise for 120 classic cars and motorcycles starting at Victoria Park in Daylesford and winding it’s way through the great driving roads of Hepburn Shire.
