Paradise Bookstore

Paradise Bookstore in Daylesford is one of the most unique bookstores in Australia. It’s housed in an old Georgian bank building on Vincent Street, and it’s filled with books from floor to ceiling! so it’s kind of like walking into a maze of books! The Donkey’s Tale is another great gem to shop in Daylesford. This toy store on How Street is committed to providing quality, sustainable and educational toys. The owners opened their store in 2018—so they’re still new! But they’ve already built up quite a following among locals and tourists alike.

Harry & Me

This fashion boutique on Vincent Street is named after Amanda’s grandson Harry—and everything inside is hand-selected by her! You’ll find all kinds of clothing here, from woman’s wear to accessories. Amanda travels all over the world looking for new items for her store and she only chooses things that are unique and often made locally. If you’re looking for something really special, this is where you need to go!

Hepburn General Store

There are plenty of places in Daylesford where you can grab a salad sandwich or grab a coffee from a barista who makes them fresh onsite every day—but none of them can compete with what’s on offer at Hepburn General Store! They have everything from local produce (including some delicious pickles!) to homeware (the best place in town if you need a new mug) and even gifts. An absolute favourite for locals for lunch.
