ChillOut Woman’s Dance: Flappers Gone Rock

The Flappers Woman’s Dance had usually been an event held in Spring, to celebrate the end of winter for like-minded woman to get together. As with many things COVID changed it over the last couple of years and this year the ChillOut Woman’s Dance is scheduled for August 27th 2022 at Daylesford Town Hall.

The woman only event (Trans and non-binary welcome) this year carries the theme of “Flappers Gone Rock” with live music from 80’s band “The Lost Girls”.

ChillOut Festival Daylesford

The Flappers Woman’s Dance is a special event of ChillOut Festival, Australia’s biggest country queer festival held in Daylesford. In 2023, ChillOut festival will celebrate the 26th edition in the two weeks of March leading up to labour day weekend, with the main festival taking place from the 10th until 13th of March 2023. Throughout the year, ChillOut Festival supports and organises a range of other events to celebrate and strengthen the LGBTIQ community. See a full overview of the 2023 festival here.
